How do I know my and patient's information is safe and secure?
Astra Health prioritises data security through full compliance with Australian privacy laws and The Privacy Act 1988. We use 256-bit encryption and keep all data within Australia (for Australian User) and New Zealand (for NZ Users). By default, we redact any PII, and don't retain consultation information and only store necessary data for 7 days.
Where do you store and process my consultation data?
All Consultation Data and AI processing occurs on our secure cloud servers, with no third-party access in Australia. These measures collectively safeguard both your and your patients' information. All data is securely stored in Australia (for Australian User) and New Zealand (for NZ Users). Our cloud infrastructure ensures no one can access your information.
Do you record and store audio files of my consultation?
Unlike other AI Scribe, we never record and store any audio files. During a consult, all audio is securely transcribed into text in real-time using our custom streaming service. At no point in time are audio files generated, saved or stored.
Do you use patient data to train your models/LLM?
At no point, we use any user data to train our model. We use a combination of Large Language Models, Knowledge bases, and your custom user settings to get you the right response to your clinical document generation. We also use multiple guardrails to avoid any hallucinations and bias.
Do you sell user data to third parties?
No, we do not sell any data that is processed and stored in Astra Health.
